How can I purchase from Red River?

You can purchase both individual components and complete yard systems directly through our Head Office in Tamworth, Shepparton branch, or one of our authorised dealers across the country. I am not sure exactly what will work best for our property. Can you help?
Absolutely. Out team are experienced in all aspects of cattle management and would be honoured to provide you with advice on a yard layout suitable to your individual budget, operational needs and farm environment.

Can I customise one of your designs?
Our yards are all designed to be practical and efficient and are tried and tested in a range of Australian agricultural settings. However, our unique lug design makes simple changes (e.g. extra panels, gates etc) a breeze, and one of our sales team would be happy to work with you for more complex customisations.

Can you build my design?
Yes! Our sales team will work with you to ensure your vision comes to life. Sometimes comprises may need to be made in relation to product constraints and the proposed build environment. At times, due to unforeseen circumstances, the layout of the yard may need to be slightly adjusted during installation. The yard builder will always strive to discuss this with you beforehand.

How do I get a quote?

If you already know the components or layout you want, you can request a quote directly through our website. If you're still considering your options, reach out to our sales team on 1300 068 067 for personalised guidance and a quote tailored to your property and requirements.

Is financing available?

How much deposit is required?

We do not require a deposit to secure your order. Once you’re happy with your yard layout and quote, we’ll begin preparing your order and keep you informed throughout the process.

When will I need to pay?

An invoice will be issued within 24 hours prior to installation, and full payment is required before delivery can be made

I’ve decided to go ahead - what happens next?
Once you've approved your yard layout and quote, we will finalise your order. Our team will a detailed drawing for your review and confirm any final adjustments. Our logistics coordinator will then be in touch to discuss site preparation, access requirements, and installation timing. We’re here to support you every step of the way.

Do you deliver?

Yes, we can arrange delivery to most areas across NSW, QLD, SA, and Victoria. Standard delivery is $990 inc. GST for properties within a 500 km radius of Tamworth or Shepparton. For locations outside this range, delivery costs are calculated individually. These details will be confirmed with you during the quoting process.

Do you also install the yard?

We sure do! Delivery and installation are included in our standard service. Our experienced yard builders will unload and install the system on your prepared site, ensuring everything is assembled safely and correctly, ready for immediate use.

Will I need a forklift or tractor on site?

If you don’t have access to a forklift or a tractor with fork tines, don’t worry - just let us know. Our team can bring the necessary equipment to ensure a smooth and efficient installation

How long does it take to receive my yard after ordering?

Delivery time varies depending on stock availability, location, and weather conditions. In general, we aim to deliver and install your yard within 4 to 8 weeks from the date of order confirmation. Our logistics manager will work closely with you to schedule a convenient date for delivery and installation.

How long does it take to install the yard?

Our yard builders can typically complete installation in 2 to 6 hours, depending on yard size and access conditions. Once installed, your yard will be fully operational and ready for use the same day.
